Simple ways to motivate yourself To stay motivated, we always need some outside help whether we learn from other people. But today we have explored many simple ways to motivate yourself or we can say that these are the basic fundamentals which will help in reaching your goal, whatever it may be. We are expert at setting goals. Today we will do 20 different things and by the end of this month we will explore more such unique things. Sounds like a plan, right? But the truth is, it is much easier to set goals than to actually get them done. I am not saying it will be easy, I am not saying it will be so quick. But i can promise that these simple ways to motivate yourself will work for you.

1. NOTE DOWN WHY YOU WANT IT.

To have a clear-eyed outlook, you need to write down few reason for your goal. While that may sound obvious, naming these things you want to be able to do ( like perform better in studies, sports or to eat healthy food ignoring junk stuff ) will help in tracking your progress and will motivate you. Well for me people should start doing physical activities that will actually motivate their long term behavior.

2. ALWAYS REWARD YOURSELF.

You should not force yourself to do something you do not actually like, because it will create a trouble for you to work for long terms. But if you have different feeling about an activity like running or going to the the gym, you can link it to something you genuinely like. The key is to connect it to something you really want to do, whether that means listening to your favorite music or eating homemade stuff after a tough workout.

3. HAVE A LIST OF WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

Believe it or not, one of the easiest way to keep yourself motivated comes auto-installed on your smartphones. I am not saying Apple health, but the Notes app. If you just want to start living better then you should have a running list of the moments that make you smile. “For a while, I would just write down the best moments in my day that really brought me joy. So if you are not entirely sure what your end game is, keep it simple and try to track what makes you happy. This is the best drizzling and working idea in simple ways to motivate yourself.

4. WATCH SOME ACCEPTANCES SPEECHES.

Whenever you need a quick boast of inspiration, you need to head toward internet or T.v for watching acceptances speeches.

” When you are at your lowest point, it helps just to witness someone else be happy, to be full with joy, to remind you that that’s still a feeling”.

When you are at your worst, look up to someone who is at his best, and hopefully that person will prove somewhat motivating for you.

5. DO NOT ALLOW FEAR TO STOP YOU.

Do not feel scared target for-or at least expect-failure, and eventually it will happen less and less.

“We always feel like we have to be good at everything before we start it, which is our contradiction, but we live in such an instant gratification kind of  World”.

Just jump in and be okay with failing and totally losing face. We are mainly paralyzed by fear. So if you aim for the bottom line, you are still a step above not trying at all – and a step closer toward your actual goal.
